XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - The man accused of making several public appearances in a women's bathing suit made an appearance in court June 9.

Kevin Miller, 41, said he's not guilty of approaching young women in the Bellbrook area while dressed in a one piece women's bathing suit.

He's charged with five counts of public indecency and three counts of menacing stemming from at least three reports that he walked up to young women wearing the bathing suit, waited for their reaction, then ran away to a nearby wooded area.

Miller was arrested at his Bellbrook home Monday night.

All charges are misdemeanors, but if convicted, Miller could face more than a year in jail. Bond is $10,000.

Xenia Prosecutor Ron Lewis says Miller once swam into the Little Miami River chasing two women who were canoeing, and once chased two juveniles who had visited an ice cream shop.

Lewis says Miller also partially exposed himself while wearing the swimsuit.
